Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Video Presenter located in Kozhikode. The Video Presenter will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative video content about our properties, conducting property tours, hosting webinars, and presenting information to potential clients. The role involves collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional videos, scriptwriting, rehearsing, and appearing on camera.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
• Experience in video presenting, hosting webinars, and creating promotional videos
• Strong scriptwriting and content creation skills
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms
• Comfortable appearing on camera and engaging with a live audience
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Prior experience in real estate or related industry is a plus
• Proficiency in video editing software is an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media, Journalism, or a related field
