• Strong spoken English and clear, confident communication
• Comfortable speaking in front of the camera (prior experience a plus)
• Passion for teaching, training, or public speaking
• Interest in education, edtech, or online learning
• Good presentation skills and a positive, engaging tone
• Self-motivated and reliable with attention to deadlines
