Verify customer identity documents (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN) as per organizational and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain a courteous, professional, and customer-centric approach throughout the interaction.
Record relevant customer information and update verification status in the CRM or designated system.
Report any discrepancies or red flags identified during the verification process to the supervisor or compliance team.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless coordination and timely completion of verification tasks.
Achieve daily and weekly performance targets in line with the teams objectives.
Clear, confident, and pleasant communication style, especially on video.
Ability to explain procedures and address customer queries politely.
Comfortable handling multiple calls and maintaining focus on quality.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, internet usage, and CRM handling).
Familiarity with video conferencing platforms or similar digital tools.
Ability to follow defined standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately.
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
Candidates pursuing graduation or with call center experience are welcome.
Freshers with good communication and presentation skills are also eligible.
