Video Editor/Graphic Designer (Group COE)_Contract

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Video Editor / Graphic Designer to join the Biocon Group Centre of Excellence (COE). COE is a hub for innovation and excellence, driving impactful initiatives across the

pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.

A talented Video Editor who can bring ideas to life through compelling visual storytelling. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating impactful visual assets, video editing, motion graphics, and brand-aligned digital content. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, create engaging video content, and support impactful communication initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Design engaging creatives for digital and print media including posters, banners, brochures, presentations, infographics, and reports

2.Develop visual content for social media, websites, newsletters, and

internal campaigns

3.Edit and produce engaging videos for internal and external communications

4.Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance storytelling

5.Develop video content for social media, websites, presentations, learning modules, and events

6.Collaborate with marketing, communications, and internal stakeholders to align content with brand guidelines

7.Support internal and external branding initiatives through impactful video content

8.Ensure consistency in visual quality, messaging, and brand

standards

9.Stay updated with industry trends and introduce innovative video

formats and techniques.

Educational Background:

Bachelors degree such as B.Sc. in Multimedia & Animation, B.Sc. in Visual

Communication, B.A. in Graphic Design, B.A. in Film Making / Video

Production, B.Des. in Communication Design, BFA, or a related field.

Preferred:

0-3 years of professional experience in video editing/graphic design.

Technical Skills:

1.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,

Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva or equivalent design tools.

2.Strong portfolio showcasing design and content creation skills.

3.Understanding of design principles: typography, layout, color theory, and branding.

4.Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or animation.
