Video Editor (UGC & Explainer Videos)

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in editing high-quality User-Generated Content (UGC) and explainer videos, with an eye for storytelling, pacing, and clean visual aesthetics. You'll be responsible for turning raw footage into compelling, engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and captivates our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished content for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Craft engaging UGC-style videos that feel authentic and impactful
• Edit explainer and product demo videos with clear visual storytelling and clean transitions
• Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to understand project goals and deliver content that meets objectives
• Add motion graphics, animations, subtitles, and other post-production elements as needed
• Ensure all videos meet high-quality standards in terms of visual and audio editing
• Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing trends, techniques, and best practices

Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven experience as a video editor (portfolio required)
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent software
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and sound design
• Experience editing UGC-style and explainer videos is a must
• Ability to work with motion graphics and animation tools is a plus
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines and adapting to feedback
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished final assets
• Good communication and time management skills

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with color grading and sound mixing
• Basic knowledge of scriptwriting or storyboarding
• Familiarity with YouTube SEO and social media video formats

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
