Key Responsibilities:
- Edit high-quality video content showcasing properties, tours, and real estate experiences
- Collaborate with production and marketing teams to ensure alignment with project goals
- Arrange, assemble, and process recorded and stock video clips into seamless whole videos
- Add dynamic transitions, music, and graphics to enhance visual storytelling
- Ensure videos meet brand standards and are engaging for target audiences
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Video Editor, preferably in real estate or a related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing skills and creativity
- Proficiency in digital technology and editing software packages (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects)
- Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
