Job Overview:

Were on the lookout for a creative Video Editor with 2 to 3 years of experience in video production, editing, and digital storytelling to join our high-performing creative team. This role is tailor-made for someone whos passionate about visual storytelling, skilled in both shooting and post-production, and ready to contribute meaningfully to both social media content and E-learning video development.

Youll be at the forefront of translating complex concepts in Robotics, Space & Astronomy, Aerospace, and Computer Science into engaging educational content. Additionally, you’ll play a supporting role in crafting social-first videos that amplify our digital marketing efforts and strengthen our brand presence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Learning Video Production (Primary Focus)

• Create high-quality educational videos for STEM subjects, including Robotics, Space

Science, Aerospace, and Computer Science

• Develop explainer videos, tutorials, and concept visualizations that simplify complex technical

topics for learners

• Integrate animations, diagrams, voiceovers, and motion graphics to enhance clarity and

engagement

Pre-Production & Scripting

• Collaborate with curriculum teams and subject-matter experts to plan video structures,

storyboards, and visual flows

• Translate educational scripts into impactful visual narratives with strong pacing and clarity

Visual Storytelling for Learning

• Use creative techniques to deliver knowledge in a way that is accessible, memorable, and

visually immersive

• Tailor visuals to match audience levels, whether for K-12 learners or advanced technical

audiences

Social Media Content Support

• Produce short-form videos and reels that support brand storytelling, product campaigns, or

educational awareness

• Repurpose E-learning content into teaser clips or educational reels for platforms like

Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn

• Ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines and adapt content to platform-specific

formats and trends

Post-Production Mastery

• Execute editing, color grading, sound design, animation integration, and visual effects with

professional polish

• Manage organized file structures, backups, and multi-format exports for various distribution

channels

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with graphic designers, social media managers, content strategists, and subject

experts

Participate in content reviews, refine edits based on feedback, and contribute proactively to

creative brainstorms

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Video Editing, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (or

equivalent experience).

• 2 to 3 years of experience in video editing & motion graphics.

• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects).

• Understanding of color correction, audio editing, and the use of transitions and effects.

• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and manage multiple projects.

• Strong attention to detail and a good sense of timing and pacing.

• Familiarity with file formats and video encoding.

• Strong communication skills and a willingness to receive and act on feedback.

• Passion for video production and eagerness to develop editing skills.

• A portfolio or demo reel showcasing previous video editing work. (It’s mandatory)

• Experience with Video shooting, motion graphics, or animation is a plus.

• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects or other motion graphics software is beneficial.
