We’re now looking for a Video Editor & Thumbnail Creator who can turn raw footage into engaging YouTube videos — and design eye-catching thumbnails that make people click instantly!

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing:

• Edit YouTube videos, shorts, and reels using tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Add music, sound effects, captions, and transitions for maximum engagement.
• Work closely with the creative team to match AU Productions’ tone and storytelling style.
• Ensure timely delivery of edits with smooth pacing and strong visual appeal.

Thumbnail Creation:

• Design high-impact, scroll-stopping YouTube thumbnails.
• Understand color, typography, and composition to grab attention.
• Use tools like Photoshop, Canva, or Figma to create catchy visuals.
• Research top-performing thumbnails and experiment with new creative styles.

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for YouTube, editing, and visual storytelling.
• Basic knowledge of any editing software (training can be provided).
• Creative eye for design and timing.
• Awareness of YouTube trends, pacing, and click-worthy visuals.
• Freshers welcome — skills and enthusiasm matter more than experience!
