Responsibilities

• Edit

  2 long-form YouTube videos per week

  (8–20 mins each) from raw footage.
• Add

  B-rolls, animations, text effects, captions, and transitions

  to enhance storytelling.
• Maintain

  consistent brand style, color grading, and pacing

  across all videos.
• Incorporate

  hooks, pattern interrupts, and dynamic cuts

  to retain viewer attention.
• Add

  background music and sound effects

  where needed.
• Collaborate with the content creator to understand the tone, style, and structure of each video.
• Deliver

  final videos ready for upload

  within agreed timelines.

Requirements

• Strong skills in

  Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve

  .
• Ability to

  add motion graphics, captions, and visual effects

  .
• Understanding of

  YouTube content trends, pacing, and audience retention techniques

  .
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in storytelling.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience editing videos in the

  AI / tech niche

• Skills in

  After Effects

  for advanced motion graphics.
• Knowledge of

  YouTube SEO basics

  .

Work Arrangement & Pay
