Job Title: Video Editor (Contract) Location: Remote Workload: 2 videos per week Industry: AI Automation & AI Integration (YouTube Content) About Us We are a fast-growing YouTube channel in the niche of AI Automation and AI Integration , with a strong focus on n8n workflows and practical automation solutions. Our videos are designed to educate and engage an audience passionate about tech, productivity, and automation. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Video Editor who can bring our content to life with engaging visuals, smooth storytelling, and high production value. Responsibilities Edit 2 long-form YouTube videos per week (8–20 mins each) from raw footage. Add B-rolls, animations, text effects, captions, and transitions to enhance storytelling. Maintain consistent brand style, color grading, and pacing across all videos. Incorporate hooks, pattern interrupts, and dynamic cuts to retain viewer attention. Add background music and sound effects where needed. Collaborate with the content creator to understand the tone, style, and structure of each video. Deliver final videos ready for upload within agreed timelines. Requirements Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve . Ability to add motion graphics, captions, and visual effects . Understanding of YouTube content trends, pacing, and audience retention techniques . Strong attention to detail and creativity in storytelling. Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience editing videos in the AI / tech niche . Skills in After Effects for advanced motion graphics. Knowledge of YouTube SEO basics . Work Arrangement & Pay Commitment: 2 videos per week. Pay: Competitive, based on experience (per video or monthly retainer). Flexible working hours, but deadlines must be met. Long-term collaboration opportunity if performance meets expectations.
