Key Responsibilities: · Video Editing: · Edit raw footage into compelling video content that aligns with brand guidelines and project requirements. · Incorporate graphics, special effects, sound, and music to enhance storytelling. · Ensure high-quality output with a keen eye for detail. · Content Creation: · Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and execute video concepts. · Produce videos for marketing campaigns, social media, advertisements, and internal use. · Post-Production: · Colour grading, audio mixing, and ensuring video quality meets technical standards. · Add subtitles, captions, and branding elements as required. · Technical Management: · Manage and organize video assets, ensuring accessibility and security. · Stay updated with the latest video editing software and trends. · Collaboration: · Work closely with designers, marketers, and content creators to meet project deadlines and objectives. · Adapt edits based on feedback from stakeholders. Qualifications: Software Proficiency: Graphic Design: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design software. Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent video editing software. Other Tools: Experience with Canva, Figma, or other design collaboration tools is a plus. Skills: Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. Excellent visual storytelling and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently and in a team environment, adapting to feedback and changing priorities. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with photography and video production techniques. Knowledge of social media platform requirements for video content (e.g., aspect ratios, lengths, and formats). Basic knowledge of 3D animation or motion graphics (a plus).
