Video editor - Performance ads

As a Video Editor & Motion Designer at Mulah Moo, a HR company dedicated to assisting unicorns and top 5% startups in building their dream content and marketing team, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Create engaging and performance-optimized videos for ads and social platforms (15-90 seconds) - Develop multiple variations based on A/B test requirements, hooks, CTAs, and formats - Collaborate closely with the marketing team to comprehend campaign objectives, target audience, and performance feedback - Source and integrate B-roll, UGC clips, product shots, motion graphics, and sound design To qualify for this position, you should have: - 1+ years of professional motion graphic experience, preferably in a marketing agency - A portfolio showcasing work on meta ads - Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing software (knowledge of CapCut, After Effects, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve is a bonus) - Familiarity with Figma for elements like first 3-second hooks, pacing, and CTAs Please note that the selection process includes submitting a sample editing task to proceed to the next stage.
