Looking for someone who knows storytelling & to shoot and edit engaging content using professional equipmentWho looks at creativity all around and looks for aesthetics in everything around you, especially when it comes to impactful videosYour motto for everything creative is How do I make it more impactful?Someone who stay apprised of all technological trends and current digital media trends, and research well on what is your client looking for and what your customer wants and bridge the gapYou can work on After effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator even in your sleep and are always open to learning more software and be apprised of the trendsYou know what detailing on the videos means and have a keen eye for qualityKey ResponsibilitiesConceptualise, Shoot and Edit engaging videos based on brand guidelinesDesigning and incorporating motion graphics when requiredHave a good understanding of music and editing videos to music.You will also be responsible for working and coordinating with various teams to pitch to clients and get them onboardYou will be giving out innovative ideas for different videos and motion graphics to be put on digital platforms based on recent trendsYou have the ability to translate your ideas visually for the teamYou understand the brand tonality and how the videos flow should be and add the required music, texts, and effects as per the briefYou continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industrys best practices to maximise efficiencyYou will be responsible to ensure that the systems and processes are followed You will also be involved in brainstorming sessions with different brand teams for clientsYou are someone who can think out of the box and at the same time ensure that the message in the creative is being conveyed tooQualification & work experience Bachelors degree in Graphic designing & Motion Graphic Animation Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant fieldProven experience as a motion Artist & Video editor or similar roleKnowledge and experience of softwares like - After effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and IllustratorStrong portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics and video projectsExcellent visual storytelling skills with a good understanding of composition colour and typographyAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environmentStrong communication and organisational skillsAttention to detail and a passion for creativity and innovation
