About the Role: We are looking for a multi-skilled DOP who can seamlessly handle shooting, editing, animation, and post-production for all our marketing content. This individual will play a crucial role in crafting high- quality video content that aligns with Blox brand guidelines, marketing highlights, and social media strategy. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and 3D object integration, with the ability to adapt content for different platforms. They must be highly organized, able to manage raw content dumps, create structured timelines, plan shoots, and oversee the final video output. Key Responsibilities (KRAs): 1. Filming & Production: • Plan, execute, and direct high-quality video shoots for marketing, social media, and branding campaigns. • Handle cinematography, lighting, and camera movement to enhance video storytelling. • Collaborate with content teams to develop shot lists, storyboards, and shoot schedules. • Ensure brand-aligned colour grading and visual tonality in all videos. 2. Editing & Post-Production: • Manage raw footage dumps, organize assets, and shortlist the best takes. • Edit videos with tight, engaging storytelling using Adobe Premiere Pro. • Revamp and enhance audio (voiceovers, background score, SFX) to improve quality. • Maintain structured timelines and review loops for efficient project delivery. 3. Animation & Motion Graphics: • Create dynamic motion graphics and animated elements using After Effects. • Incorporate 3D objects and elements into videos when required. • Adapt videos into different formats for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms. 4. Content Adaptation & Marketing Alignment: • Optimize content based on marketing needs vertical, square, horizontal formats. • Ensure every video adheres to brand guidelines, messaging, and tone. • Edit and adapt long-format content into snackable clips for different platforms. • Thumbnail making Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube 5. Workflow & Asset Management: • Maintain a structured video library for raw footage and finalized assets. • Develop an efficient review and approval process to streamline workflows. • Coordinate with the social media & marketing teams to ensure timely content delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 5+ years of hands-on experience in video production, editing, and animation. • Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and 3D tools. • Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, and shot composition. • Experience in social media video formats (Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, LinkedIn). • Ability to work in a fast-paced marketing environment with quick turnarounds. • Highly organized with strong time management & asset management skills. • Knowledge of audio processing and revamping for crisp sound quality.
