We are looking for an editor with good creative taste, sound design and motion graphics to join us at @martylabs.
- who understands how to design soundtracks for ads from scratch. or knows how to use music/sfx to make a video come to life.
- who has a creative taste in design and can execute the same with motion graphics with efficiency
- uses premium pro and after effects
- creating scores and putting together ai generations made by the team into seemless commercials.
- creating a ton of content for our in-house media IPs.

6. Full time conversion after 3 months of internship
we are a team of creatives who are creates hyper-realistic sharable ads with AI.bootstrapped. have been for the last 2 years. previously we were a full fledged creative agency with a team of 30. cameras and stuff. the whole thing. 6 months back we pivoted to adopt ai across.so far
1. DVCs and Ad Films
2. Launch videos
3. Brand films that actually move people
While the creative landscape changes, taste allows us to keep building. we’re looking for someone to come help craft. extremely fast paced environment. it’s a startup. we’re young and we love a big piece of the pie.
