Role: Video Editor (Reels-Focused)

long-term video editor

• Loves startup & founder stories
• Enjoys listening to podcasts, interviews, and case studies
• Wants to grow inside the startup ecosystem, not just “edit clips”

full-time role

What You’ll Do

'

• Edit

  minimum 2 short-form reels daily

  (Instagram / YouTube Shorts)
• Convert founder interviews, podcasts & stories into engaging reels
• Add subtitles, hooks, pacing, and emotion (not just cuts)
• Understand the story before editing it
• Work closely with the founder to improve storytelling & retention

What We’re Looking For

• Basic understanding of:
• Startups, founders, funding, brands, entrepreneurship
• Terms like IPO, revenue, valuation, bootstrapped, VC, etc.
• Passion to

  learn

  the startup ecosystem (very important)
• Someone who watches business/startup content by choice

Tools (Basic is Enough)

any ONE or more

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Filmora
• VN
• CapCut
