About the Role

What Youll Do

• Edit short-form (Reels/Shorts) and long-form content + ad creatives for diverse verticals.
• Cut to beat, add motion graphics/text treatments, clean audio, colour-correct, and export in platform-ready specs.
• Collaborate with the creative team on concepts, hooks, and story structure
• Organise project files, maintain version control, and meet tight turnarounds
• Join occasional shoots (if comfortable) and support basic on-set requirements

Must-Have Skills

• Proficiency in

  Adobe Premiere Pro

  (primary)
• Working knowledge of

  After Effects

  DaVinci Resolve

  /

  CapCut

  (any of these is fine)
• Strong sense of pacing, transitions, typography, and audio sync
• Attention to detail + ability to take feedback and iterate quickly

• Photoshop/Illustrator
