About the Role We’re looking for a video editor who can turn raw footage into content that people stop and watch . Your main focus will be on short-form videos (Reels/Shorts), long-form edits, and ad creatives. If you’re someone who loves storytelling, has a strong eye for detail, and can edit with speed and creativity, this role is for you. What You’ll Do Edit reels/shorts, long-form videos, and ad creatives Sync to music beats, add motion graphics/text, clean audio, colour correct, and export in platform-ready formats Collaborate with our creative team on ideas, hooks, and storytelling Stay organised with project files and deliver on time (Optional) Join shoots and assist with basic on-set needs Must-Have Skills Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro Working knowledge of After Effects / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut (any one works) Strong sense of pacing, transitions, typography, and audio sync Detail-oriented and open to feedback Bonus Skills (Nice to Have But Not Necessary) Photoshop/Illustrator (thumbnails, simple designs) Figma (basic layouts) Blender/3D (even beginner level) Basic knowledge of camera, lighting, or audio Perks Stipend available Internship Certificate Real-world, multi-industry portfolio work Fast-paced learning with mentorship Potential PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) if you excel
About the Role Snare is scaling fast, and we need a creative video editor who can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping content. Youll primarily edit reels/shorts, long-form, and ad creatives for multiple niches . Basic shooting skills (lighting and equipment handling) are a plus, but not mandatory. What Youll Do Edit short-form (Reels/Shorts) and long-form content + ad creatives for diverse verticals. Cut to beat, add motion graphics/text treatments, clean audio, colour-correct, and export in platform-ready specs. Collaborate with the creative team on concepts, hooks, and story structure Organise project files, maintain version control, and meet tight turnarounds Join occasional shoots (if comfortable) and support basic on-set requirements Must-Have Skills Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (primary) Working knowledge of After Effects / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut (any of these is fine) Strong sense of pacing, transitions, typography, and audio sync Attention to detail + ability to take feedback and iterate quickly Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points) Photoshop/Illustrator (thumbnails, simple graphics) Figma (basic layouts) Blender /3D familiarity (even light experience) Basic camera ops, lighting, and audio handling Perks Internship Certificate Real-world, multi-niche portfolio work High-growth environment with mentorship PPO potential (conversion to full-time if you crush it) Show more Show less
