Role Overview

Video Editor Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form content for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
• Create clean, engaging edits: trims, pacing, transitions, and basic storytelling flow
• Add captions, subtitles, titles, lower-thirds, and basic design elements
• Support

  motion graphics

  needs (animated text, icons, simple compositions)
• Collaborate with the team on creative direction and feedback iterations
• Maintain organized project files and export videos in required formats

Skills Required (Must-Have)

• Adobe Premiere Pro

  (timeline editing, audio sync, exports)

• Adobe After Effects

  (basic animation, text/shape layers, using templates)

• Motion Graphics Fundamentals

  (timing, easing, typography basics, composition)

• Basic understanding of AI tools

  (AI captions, editing assistance, cleanup/enhancement tools)

Good to Have (Bonus Skills)

• Strong sense of visual storytelling and social-media-first editing
• Basic color correction and audio cleanup
• Familiarity with Reels/Shorts editing trends and formatting
• Ability to work with brand guidelines and edit consistency
