Work with fast turnarounds and experiment with formats that connect with our audience

Solid editing skills using Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut

Basic knowledge of motion graphics, pacing, sound design, and storytelling

Hands-on experience with YouTube video editing (thumbnails, intros, hooks = bonus!)

Familiarity with OBS, mic setups, and lighting for live streams

Ability to juggle multiple edits and meet deadlines without compromising quality

A creative mindset + willingness to go the extra mile to make your videos pop

You’ve created content for gaming brands, influencers, or streaming platforms

You have a YouTube channel or personal portfolio of creative work

You're the person who says “Wait, I’ve got a cooler transition for that!”

Brownie points if you have experience with OBS, live stream setups, and handling stream overlays

Have a portfolio that includes both polished edits and fun, scrappy content

Are proactive, creative, and constantly thinking of new video ideas

Are curious about what works in content and willing to iterate fast

Can work independently and also jam with teams to bring big ideas to life
