In-House Content Creator

About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and driven Social Media Manager Intern who also thrives as an In-House Content Creator. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone passionate about social media, storytelling, and creating content that stands out.

As part of our in-house creative and strategy team, you will ideate, create, and manage content across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and more.

This is a full-time, in-office internship based in Bengaluru, with the opportunity to convert into a full-time role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, and other platforms

Shoot and edit short-form video content using a phone or camera

Collaborate with designers, editors, and strategists on campaign execution

Stay up to date with trends, formats, viral sounds, and emerging social media content styles

Write captions, post copy, and assist in developing brand storytelling

Manage brand pages and schedule posts using tools like Meta Suite, Buffer, or Later

Track basic performance metrics, support community engagement, and assist in reporting

Who You Are

A digital native with a passion for content creation and social media marketing

Familiar with how content works across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube

Skilled in Canva, CapCut, VN, or Adobe tools such as Premiere (Photoshop is a bonus)

Confident in shooting and directing content using mobile or camera setups

Strong communication and writing skills in English; regional languages are a bonus

Willing to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced creative environment
