Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Operate cameras (DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema cameras) to capture high-quality video

content across various settings (interviews, events, product shoots, etc.).

Plan and execute video shoots, including lighting, audio setup, and framing.
Edit raw footage into polished, compelling videos using advanced editing software (e.g.,

Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).

Perform detailed color grading to ensure visual consistency, mood alignment, and

high-quality output.

Collaborate with creative teams, directors, and producers to achieve the desired vision

and storyline.

Manage media files, ensuring proper storage, labeling, and organization.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging tools in video production and editing.

Preferred candidate profile

Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci

Resolve, etc.).

In-depth knowledge of color grading techniques and tools.
Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, and composition.
Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creative storytelling.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with motion graphics and visual effects (After Effects or similar).
Familiarity with sound editing and design.
Knowledge of cinematography principles and advanced camera techniques.
