Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Motion

• Edit ad films, brand/product videos and campaign videos.
• Create high-quality reels, shorts, TikTok-style edits & storytelling videos.
• Deliver multiple output formats optimised for Instagram, YouTube, Meta, OTT & web.
• Apply transitions, pacing, sound design, colour correction, subtitles & motion graphics.

Creative Direction & Storytelling

• Convert briefs into compelling edits with emotion and narrative.
• Ideate creative video concepts aligned to Foxtale aesthetics.
• Layer brand story, beauty language and product education into edits.

Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with brand, creative, performance marketing & product teams.
• Take ownership from raw footage to final exports.
• Coordinate shoots, manage assets & organise footage libraries.

Requirements

• 25 years of video editing experience; beauty, D2C or social content experience preferred.
• Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar tools.
• Strong visual sense, editing speed and creativity.
• Knowledge of colour grading, sound mixing & motion graphics is a plus.
• Must have a strong showreel / portfolio.
