Job Description

As a Video Editor at our fast-growing e-commerce company with multiple brands, your role involves creating high-converting ad creatives and engaging product videos across various platforms. You will be responsible for editing short-form video ads optimized for Meta, TikTok, Google Display, and YouTube, implementing trend-based editing styles, and A/B testing different versions for improved conversion rates. Additionally, you will edit informative product videos for e-commerce listings, websites, and social media, enhancing them with motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, and sound effects. Key Responsibilities: - Create High-Converting Ad Creatives: - Edit short-form, high-impact video ads for Meta, TikTok, Google Display, and YouTube. - Implement trend-based editing styles for better performance in paid media. - Conduct A/B testing of creatives to enhance conversion rates. - Product Video Editing: - Edit engaging and informative product videos for various platforms. - Enhance videos with motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, and sound effects. - Storyboarding & Creative Strategy: - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop ad concepts aligned with brand identity and campaign objectives. - Analyze performance metrics to improve creatives continuously. - Optimize for Performance & Engagement: - Stay updated on DTC e-commerce ads and social media marketing trends. - Create hook-driven videos for immediate attention. - Ensure platform-specific formatting for different social media platforms. - Basic Motion Graphics & Effects: - Add text overlays, callouts, and animations to highlight product benefits. - Develop eye-catching thumbnails and visuals to increase engagement. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of video editing experience, preferably in e-commerce or performance marketing. - Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro. - Experience in editing Meta, TikTok, and YouTube ad creatives with a direct response marketing approach. - Strong storytelling skills focusing on high engagement and conversions. - Knowledge of motion graphics, typography, and basic animation. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and deliver edits promptly. - A portfolio showcasing ad creatives and product videos is mandatory.
