About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can handle the complete process of video recording and editing for social media platforms. The role involves working closely with doctors and the marketing team to produce high-quality, informative, and engaging healthcare videos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Video Recording:
• Record videos of doctors, patient education sessions, and surgical awareness content on-site.
• Set up camera, lighting, and audio equipment for professional-quality footage.
• Video Editing:
• Edit videos for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Add captions, transitions, background music, and graphics as per brand guidelines.
• Maintain consistent color grading and visual style aligned with SCRC branding.
• Content Collaboration:
• Coordinate with the marketing and medical teams to plan and execute video shoots.
• Implement feedback and ensure timely delivery of final edited videos.
• Technical Maintenance:
• Maintain and organize video files, backups, and equipment.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, tools, and social media formats.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in video recording and editing (healthcare or corporate preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
• Basic knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and sound recording.
• Strong sense of timing, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with motion graphics and color correction.
• Understanding of social media algorithms and video optimization.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, or Gujarati for smooth on-site communication.

Compensation:

Commensurate with experience and skill level.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)

• Video Editing: 1 year (Required)
