Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Editing:
Shoot and edit short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, Stories) and longer-form videos for platforms like YouTube and podcasts.
Assemble raw footage into dynamic, fast-paced videos optimized for social media.
Design and create motion graphics, thumbnails, and other visual assets.
Social Media Management:
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create content calendars, scheduling posts across various platforms.
Write compelling copy and captions that resonate with the target audience.
Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics).
Report on key metrics and provide insights for future content planning.
Trend Awareness:
Stay current with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
Identify and capitalize on emerging content formats and viral trends.
Required Skills & Tools
Video Editing:
Proficiency in software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects), Davinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
Graphic Design:
Skills in tools like Canva and Adobe Photoshop for creating social media visuals.
Social Media Expertise:
Strong understanding of major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) and their algorithms.
Analytics Tools:
Experience with social media analytics to track performance and user behavior.
