Video Editor cum Graphic Designer

Skills Required

To succeed in this role, the candidate should have a strong blend of creative vision, technical proficiency, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate should be:

• Creative Thinker: Ability to conceptualize visually compelling stories and translate ideas into engaging multimedia content.
• Strong Design Sense: In-depth understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, composition, and typography.
• Video Editing Expertise: Familiar with editing workflows, audio syncing, transitions, color grading, and visual effects.
• Graphic Design Proficiency: Able to create branding assets, banners, infographics, brochures, and social media creatives.
• Time Management: Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Team Collaboration: Good communication skills and ability to work well with marketing, content, and product teams.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for small details and consistency in branding and design aesthetics.
• Adaptability: Must be flexible and able to adapt quickly to shifting priorities or creative direction.

Software & Tools Required

Proficiency in the following tools is essential:

Video Editing Tools:

• Adobe Premiere Pro – Primary tool for cutting, editing, and rendering video content.
• Adobe After Effects, Filmora – For motion graphics, animation, intros/outros, and VFX.
• (Optional) Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve – Bonus if experienced.

Graphic Design Tools:

• Adobe Photoshop – For image editing, social media creatives, and digital artwork.
• Adobe Illustrator – For vector designs, icons, logos, and branding elements.
• Canva (optional but beneficial) – For quick turnaround social media templates and internal designs.

Other Useful Tools (Good to Have):

• Figma or Adobe XD – For basic UI/UX design or prototyping.
• Adobe Audition – For audio editing and sound design (optional).
• Media Encoder – For video exporting and compression.
• Google Workspace or Microsoft Office – For internal collaboration and communication.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
