• Strong understanding of

  (watch time, hooks, pacing)
• Comfortable delivering

  3–4 videos per day

• Can take feedback without ego and improve fast

• Experience editing for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, or X
• Understanding of cricket formats, players, leagues, and fan psychology
• Basic thumbnail or caption-writing skills

• 1-month probation period (unpaid)
