Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Edit raw video footage into polished, high-quality videos for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, website, etc.)
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and desired output
Add graphics, animations, subtitles, background music, and effects to enhance video quality and storytelling
Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and visual identity
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Organize and maintain video assets and project files systematically
Stay updated with the latest editing tools, video trends, and social media formats
Optimize video content for different platforms and audience engagement
Work closely with content creators, designers, and digital marketers to drive campaign success
Suggest creative ideas for new video formats and visual storytelling techniques

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Media, Film Production, Communications, or a related field
1-2 years of experience as a Video Editor or in a similar role
Proficiency in video editing software such as
Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
Strong understanding of color grading, transitions, pacing, and audio synchronization
Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and a strong sense of visual aesthetics
