About the Role

Are you a creative storyteller who can transform ideas into high-impact visual content? We are looking for a Video Editor & Cinematographer who can not only edit engaging videos but also independently plan, shoot, and execute video content using DSLR cameras.

You will play a key role in shaping SeekhoBecho’s video presence across social media, YouTube, podcasts, ads, and branded campaigns, ensuring every frame aligns with our brand identity and storytelling goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, ads, and marketing campaigns
• Plan and execute video shoots using DSLR cameras (indoor & outdoor)
• Apply strong cinematography principles including framing, lighting, and composition
• Create engaging motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects
• Maintain strong storytelling, pacing, and clean edits
• Collaborate closely with the content, marketing, and growth teams
• Ensure consistent brand style and visual quality across all video assets
• Stay updated with current video trends and platform-specific formats

Preferred Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in video editing and cinematography
• Ability to independently shoot and edit videos end-to-end
• Proven experience with:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• Final Cut Pro
• Basic Illustrator & Photoshop
• Experience using AI-powered video tools such as:
• Runway ML, Pika Labs, Descript, Kapwing, VEED, Canva, Leonardo, ChatGPT
• Strong understanding of social media content formats and trends
• Experience editing podcasts or long-form interviews is a plus
• Basic audio editing and sound balancing skills

Required Skills

• Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.)
• Motion graphics and animation (After Effects preferred)
• Storyboarding and visual storytelling
• DSLR camera handling and on-ground video shooting
• Experience with AI-based editing workflows for speed and creativity
• Attention to detail and visual consistency
• Basic sound editing and mixing
• Strong time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Creative problem-solving and adaptability

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with podcast production or multi-camera interview editing
• A strong portfolio featuring Reels, YouTube videos, podcasts, or branded content
• Knowledge of color grading and visual enhancement techniques
