This role is core to our mission: to unmute voices and spark cultural change through education and honest dialogue.

• Research and ideate engaging episode topics around sex education and related themes
• Host weekly episodes with solo segments, expert interviews, or listener stories
• Co-develop episode scripts, questions, and tone with our content team
• Build a comfortable, non-judgmental space for guests and listeners
• Stay updated on trends in sexuality, relationships, body politics, and reproductive health
• Collaborate with the marketing team to push episodes via reels, quotes, and teasers
• Help grow our presence on podcast platforms and social media through creative input
  

• Strong communication skills with a confident, natural speaking presence
• Prior hosting, public speaking, or on-camera experience is a

  huge plus

• Comfortable discussing bold, sensitive, and often taboo topics without hesitation
• Deep interest or background in sexual health, gender studies, psychology, or storytelling
• Open-minded, empathetic, and emotionally intelligent
• Ability to hold space for diverse perspectives and identities
