Role Overview: As a Video Editor at Bharat Business Innovations Pvt Ltd (BBI), you will be responsible for editing and enhancing video content to match the director's vision. You will work closely with the creative team to ensure brand consistency and storytelling capability in all video content. This position is ideal for a fresher looking to establish themselves in the field of video editing. Key Responsibilities: - Edit and assemble raw footage into finished content as per the director's vision - Create a shot decision list based on the shooting script and raw material - Trim footage segments and arrange the sequence of the film - Enhance storytelling by adding music, dialogues, graphics, and effects - Stay updated with new editing technologies and industry best practices - Collaborate with the creative team to maintain brand consistency - Manage technical aspects of video recording and editing for high-quality output - Solve complex technical editing issues to achieve creative goals effectively Qualification Required: - Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for modifying and enhancing video content - Good understanding of motion graphics for creating engaging animations and transitions - Experience in color grading to adjust and balance the image's color scheme - Familiarity with video compression techniques to optimize video files for various platforms,
