Job Description:

AQ Rate Media is looking for a highly creative and experienced Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio that showcases storytelling skills through video editing, animation, and motion design.

You will work closely with our creative, marketing, and content teams to produce high-quality video content for social media, advertising campaigns, brand promotions, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit videos for various platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and ads
• Design and animate motion graphics using Adobe After Effects or similar tools
• Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals and deliver engaging visual stories
• Apply sound design, color grading, and transitions effectively
• Stay updated on current video trends and visual storytelling techniques
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in video editing and motion design
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Strong understanding of composition, visual pacing, and storytelling
• Excellent sense of timing and visual rhythm
• Ability to handle feedback and make revisions quickly
• Basic knowledge of audio editing and sound mixing is a plus
• 3D animation skills (Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.) are a bonus

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in digital marketing agencies
• Knowledge of social media video formats and ad specs
• Creative mindset with a detail-oriented approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
