The Mission

As an Aonxi Video Editor, you'll craft high-impact short-form and long-form content that fuels our brand, ads, and client campaigns - built to perform in the U.S. SMB market.

What You'll Do

• Produce high-quality short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) optimized for U.S. audiences.
• Edit long-form videos including client stories, demos and internal content.
• Use storytelling, pacing, and design principles to turn raw footage into persuasive narratives.
• Leverage Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, and other industry-standard tools.
• Utilize AI video creation tools (Kling AI, Envato, Runway, etc.) to accelerate production and push creative boundaries.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams to translate briefs into high-converting visuals.
• Maintain fast, consistent video output with tight turnaround times.
• Edit for performance - experiment, iterate, and adapt content based on results and feedback.
• Contribute to building Aonxi's video playbook for scale and automation.
  

Who You Are

• 24 years of video editing experience with proven U.S. market exposure.
• Expert in short-form video trends, hooks, pacing, and formats that win in the U.S. SMB space.
• Strong mastery of editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve).
• Efficient with AI tools like Kling, Envato, Runway, etc.
• Obsessed with speed - you can deliver fast without sacrificing quality.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, visual rhythm, and audience psychology.
• Able to work in a high-velocity environment without losing attention to detail.
• Comfortable receiving feedback, iterating quickly, and shipping even quicker.
• Portfolio showcasing polished, compelling short-form and long-form edits.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

• Speed of delivery and consistency of output.
• Engagement performance of videos (CTR, watch time, conversion rate lifts).
• Quality of edits and brand alignment.
