Video Editor

Salary: ₹4–5 LPA

Location: Chennai (On-site only)

We’re looking for a creative, fast-moving Video Editor who can edit head-talking videos, reels, brand films, and marketing content with ease. You’ll work closely with our creative team to turn raw footage into high-impact stories.

If you love experimenting with formats, trends, storytelling, and motion design, this role is for you.

• Edit a wide range of videos — head-talking expert videos, social media reels, brand stories, promotional content, etc.
• Craft clean narratives from raw footage using pacing, music, visuals, and text.
• Come up with fresh, innovative video concepts for campaigns and content calendars.
• Handle end-to-end editing including sound design, color grading, clean-ups, and finishing.
• Create motion graphics, lower-thirds, transitions, explainer elements, etc. (clean modern animations — text pops, smooth cuts, subtle highlights)
• Work closely with the design + strategy team to translate ideas into polished video output.
• Keep files organized, follow timelines, and deliver clean, error-free final videos.

• Strong skills in Video Editing, Video Production, Colour Grading, and Visual Storytelling.
• Ability to edit head-talking videos professionally (jump cuts, punch-ins, clean audio, engaging pacing).
• Good understanding of motion graphics and the ability to create graphic elements.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (or equivalent).
• Creative thinker who can ideate and pitch new video formats.
• Excellent attention to detail, speed, and consistency.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Degree in Film/Multimedia is a plus but not mandatory.
• Bonus: Experience in digital marketing, D2C, healthcare, or branding content.
