As a Video Editor at our company, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging video content that resonates with our audience. Your responsibilities will include: - Editing video footage to ensure smooth transitions, audio, and visual synchronization. - Collaborating closely with the creative team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality results. - Working with the director or project lead to create the final edited video that aligns with the project's vision. - Applying color grading, audio adjustments, and visual effects to enhance video quality. - Assisting in organizing and maintaining video assets, ensuring proper archiving of project files. - Creating video content for various platforms like YouTube, social media, and websites. - Keeping up-to-date with video editing trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve content production. - Meeting deadlines and effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously. To excel in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications: - Up to 2 years of professional video editing experience, including internship experience. - Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc. - Basic understanding of motion graphics, animation, and visual effects. - Knowledge of color grading and audio editing. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. - Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients. - A strong portfolio showcasing your previous video editing work is preferred.
