Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Lead and manage the motion graphics team, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery of projects
Conceptualize, design, and execute creative motion graphics for videos, advertisements, explainer videos, social media, and other digital platforms
Collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to understand project goals and deliver impactful visuals
Maintain and elevate brand consistency across all motion content
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques to keep the team's work fresh and innovative
Review, provide feedback, and approve all motion graphic deliverables
Mentor junior designers, conduct training sessions, and support team development
Manage multiple projects and workflows while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines
