Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design a wide range of marketing materials, including: Leaflets, Banners, One-pagers, Brochures, ads, social media posts, and PowerPoint presentations.
Ensure designs are visually appealing, consistent with brand guidelines, and effective in conveying key messages.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and develop creative solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Assist in organizing and managing shoot data efficiently.
Collaborate with the team to edit content according to specified requirements.
Apply creativity and innovation to enhance photo and video editing projects.
Ensure timely completion of editing tasks while maintaining quality standards.
Additional Qualification and Skills:
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Adequate knowledge of print design and production processes.
Excellent layout, typography, and colour theory skills, Ability to create visually appealing and engaging designs and Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to work independently and as part of a team and Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
Basic understanding of 2D-3D animation and designing software like Corel, Adobe Animate, InDesign, etc.
Familiarity with various photo and video editing styles to cater to different project needs.
