As a Video Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in bringing ideas to life through compelling visual storytelling. Your responsibilities will include conceptualizing, designing, and producing original video content for various platforms. You should collaborate effectively with creative leads and marketers to transform scripts into dynamic video experiences. Additionally, you will create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects that enhance storytelling while ensuring consistency with brand aesthetics and design guidelines. - Conceptualize, design, and produce original video content for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and other platforms. - Collaborate with creative leads, copywriters, and marketers to visualize ideas and transform scripts or concepts into dynamic video experiences. - Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects that enhance storytelling. - Ensure consistency with brand aesthetics and design guidelines across all visual content. - Stay updated on design trends, video technologies, and tools to keep our visuals fresh and competitive. - Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality execution. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Video Designer or Motion Graphics Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and design sensibility. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools is essential. Moreover, you should possess the ability to visualize concepts, storyboard ideas, and communicate visually with minimal direction. A solid understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and visual pacing is required, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage feedback constructively.
