Video Content creator

As an Associate Video Producer at the assigned NIAT Campus, your role will involve driving all on-campus video content creation. You will be responsible for managing the complete process, from ideation and coordination with cinematographers to handling footage, basic editing, and syncing final content with central teams. This position requires a blend of production management, creativity, and storytelling skills. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and support campus video shoots in collaboration with the brand and production teams. - Work closely with students, faculty, and cinematographers to ensure smooth execution of shoots. - Manage footage, organize folders, and ensure timely delivery of content to central teams. - Perform basic video editing for short-form and social media content. - Lead and anchor videos as necessary, and contribute to student-driven content campaigns such as vlogs and tech demos. - Maintain a consistent output of high-quality content aligned with brand standards. Qualifications Required: - 1-3 years of experience in video/media production or related fields. - Experience in managing shoots and working effectively with video teams. - Basic editing skills in software such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools. - Comfortable working on-camera and coordinating small teams. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Possess a proactive and creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual content.,
