About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor with strong expertise in motion graphics and social media storytelling. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of digital trends, and the ability to transform concepts into visually compelling videos. You will play a key role in enhancing Ajanta Pharma's brand presence across social media platforms through engaging short-form videos and motion-based content.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, edit, and produce high-quality social media videos tailored for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Design and animate motion graphics, visual effects, and title sequences to make content more dynamic and engaging.
• Collaborate with the management and communication team to translate ideas into impactful visual narratives.
• Manage the complete video production process from footage selection and editing to color correction, sound design, and final export.
• Adapt content for multiple platforms and formats, ensuring consistency with Ajanta Pharma's brand identity.
• Stay updated with social media trends, video formats, and editing techniques to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Organize and maintain video assets, ensuring accessibility and efficient workflow.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Video Editor or Motion Graphics Designer, preferably with a portfolio of social media work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
• Premiere Pro for editing and post-production
• After Effects for motion graphics and animation
• Photoshop / Illustrator for creating supporting visual assets
• Strong sense of pacing, visual rhythm, and storytelling suitable for digital audiences.
• Ability to work under tight timelines and deliver polished outputs.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and design aesthetics.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Media, Animation, Design, or related field preferred.
