You are seeking a Video & Content Creator to enhance the presentation of premium real estate listings and brand narratives. This role demands proficiency in videography, editing, and visual branding expertise. Your responsibilities will include producing high-quality videos showcasing luxury properties, client testimonials, and lifestyle content. You will be tasked with editing content for various platforms such as Instagram Reels, YouTube, and real estate channels. Additionally, you will conceptualize storytelling ideas that emphasize the distinctiveness of each project. Collaboration with the marketing team to develop creative briefs, scripts, and shoot schedules is essential. Staying abreast of visual trends in real estate, architecture, and luxury branding is also part of the role. To excel in this position, you must possess demonstrated experience in videography and editing, supported by a portfolio. Proficiency in editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and knowledge of the latest editing tools is crucial. Familiarity with real estate or architectural filming is advantageous. Moreover, you should be adept at operating gimbals, drones, and DSLRs.
