Responsibilities: • Providing tele/video consultations for the customers who have opted for Toothsi. • Explaining clinical procedures and treatment plans to the customers, ensuring that the patient gets the best plan from Toothsi. • To resolve issues in the plan and solve dentalspecific queries pertaining to our services. • Ensure query resolution within 24 hours and ensure customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms. • Collaborate closely with the Planning and CrossFunctional teams to discuss 3D aligners and clearly communicate actionable steps to our customers Dental Training for NHI Batches Requirements: • 0 to 3 years of experience in the field of dentistry. • Bachelor’s Degree in Dentistry. • Strong communication skills, both in writing and speaking. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. • Motivated and adaptable, thriving in a fastpaced, ever-changing, and sometimes uncertain environment. • The ability to understand things quickly and learn on your own.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
