Video Conference Technician

As a VC Bridge Operator at Kinly in India (Pune), you will play a vital role in the Kinly Global Service team, offering remote technical audio/video support for the unified communications system across the global bank's estate. You will act as the primary point of contact for both internal (Kinly) and global bank staff/leadership, handling customer phone calls and emails, troubleshooting video meetings, and managing ticket escalation for customer issues in a 24/5 environment. Your role will require ongoing training and certification to stay updated on advanced technology solutions. Collaborating with team members, particularly the Global Service team and AVNOC, is essential to maintain technical proficiency and operational standards within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver services promptly as per agreed SLAs - Schedule and launch video/audio calls - Maintain TMS/EMS systems - Conduct test calls - Provide remote assistance for connection issues - Manage client databases - Perform administrative tasks such as troubleshooting VC faults, responding to inquiries, and managing distribution emails and groups Additionally, you will be expected to mentor team members, assist with training, offer guidance on best practices, provide feedback on communication issues and service improvements, and build relationships with global AV counterparts and partners. Some manual handling tasks for equipment movement may be required, along with maintaining good working relationships with global AV teams.
