Job Title: Video Anchor / Property Presenter – Makaan Dekho (Zirakpur)

About the Role:

Makaan Dekho is looking for a dynamic and confident Video Anchor to present and showcase real estate properties in and around Zirakpur. The ideal candidate should be camera-friendly, have good communication skills, and a passion for presenting properties through engaging videos for social media and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit residential and commercial properties across Zirakpur and nearby areas.
• Present property features, location benefits, and amenities in an engaging on-camera style.
• Coordinate with the marketing and video team for shoots and script planning.
• Interact with property owners, brokers, and customers during visits.
• Deliver clear, confident, and appealing narration while filming.
• Assist in promoting the videos on social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Confident on camera with a natural and friendly tone.
• Good understanding of real estate or willingness to learn.
• Willingness to travel within Zirakpur, Chandigarh, and Mohali.
• Prior experience in anchoring, vlogging, or real estate videos is a plus.
