The ideal candidate combines product thinking, AI fluency, and deep understanding of the software development lifecycle to ensure we deliver high-quality, customer-centric solutions at speed and scale.In this role, you will serve as a key catalyst in Genpact's AI-first transformation, bridging AI research, engineering, design, and client teams to convert cutting-edge innovation into tangible business impact.

Key Responsibilities
Translation of product roadmap into actual deliverables.Closely work with Product teams to understand product roadmap and features, break it down into developmental user stories and align with Engineering teams on development and testing. .Closely monitor and support implementation hand offs .Stakeholder Engagement.Lison with Prodcut team to understand client needs, workflows, and pain points..Partner with Product teams to validate requirements and prioritize features that maximize business value.SDLC Collaboration.Have clear visibility into the product backlog and prioritization of roadmap items into agentic and no agentic features..Work closely with engineering leads to balance innovation with delivery commitments, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.Quality & Delivery Excellence.Ensure product quality through close collaboration with QA teams, adoption of defect-management practices, and continuous monitoring of build health..Use data and metrics to drive product improvements, engineering efficiency, and release predictability.AI-Driven Product Development.Collaborate with AI researchers and platform teams to convert AI capabilities into scalable product features..Shape use cases and user journeys that leverage autonomy, reasoning, and next-gen automation.Cross-Functional Leadership.Facilitate consistent communication across engineering, design, GTM, and sales teams to ensure alignment and transparency..Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous discovery, and innovation.Team Development & Enablement.Enable teams with clear requirements, context, and priorities..Promote best practices in Agile delivery, experimentation, and customer-centric product development.

Qualifications We Seek
