Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute long-term
sales and marketing strategies
aligned with the companys business objectives.
Lead, mentor, and manage senior sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities, key accounts, and strategic partnerships within the construction sector.
Oversee branding, positioning, and marketing campaigns to enhance market visibility and competitiveness.

Collaborate with project, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless project acquisition and execution.
Drive contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and high-value client closures.

Candidate Profile

Experience:
1820 years of progressive experience in
sales and marketing
, with a strong background in the
construction / infrastructure industry
.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in large-scale construction projects.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
