Job Description: You will be responsible for leading the design and development of new products, establishing partnerships, and ensuring compliance with the New Product Development/Go-To-Market Process. Your role will involve directing the development of product specifications, collaborating with technical developers, and educating various teams on product features. Additionally, you will be involved in launch-related activities associated with new product implementations. Key Responsibilities: - Own the New Product Development process by collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving incremental value for Mastercard - Evaluate and prioritize global and/or regional product ideas, markets, and opportunities to initiate the development process - Utilize the Studio Framework to frame ideas, develop concepts, and prototypes to validate market opportunities - Collaborate with stakeholders in Legal, Data Privacy, Delivery, Finance, Marketing, Sales, etc., to ensure a robust go-to-market plan - Partner with Servicing teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end servicing plan for new products - Work with Product Management to commercialize new products and provide a robust 18-month roadmap - Build high-performing teams, assess talent needs, and grow talent within the Product organization - Emulate Mastercard Way behaviors and drive institutionalized knowledge through consistent documentation Qualifications Required: - In-depth experience in managing design and development of new card programs - Deep understanding of the product development life cycle and product management principles - Strong project management skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed environment across functions and regions - Ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels Additional Details: You must have a Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience, with an advanced degree being desirable. A minimum of 10 years of related business experience in product conceptualization, design, and development is required.
