Vice President, POM Product Owner II We re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, POM Product Owner II to join our Loans Enablement Platform team. This role is located in Pune, MH/ Chennai- HYBRID . In this role, you ll make an impact in the following ways: Leads product development and strategy for large and/or complex data, analytics, technology and software products. Usually assigned to high-growth product area expectations and has fully developed core expertise in industry trends, market segments and competitor profiles. Ideate with the Business, SMEs to come up with innovative solutions including adoption of AI. Collaborate with the Business, SMEs, and End Users to gather and develop story level requirements in JIRA that allows the Development Team to deliver consistent level of high-quality code. Deliver committed value associated with the initiatives identified. Improve predictability and adoption of new functionality/capability by client platforms. Required to lead a Technology POD and participate in all agile /sprint activities (planning, backlog refinement, retrospective, standups, and design) Create and Maintain Story level functional, non-functional requirements and Acceptance Criteria in JIRA (excluding technical tasks). Write and elaborate stories to align with Product definition of Ready for Development . Review test cases with testers to ensure test results meet expected outcomes as defined in acceptance criteria. Prepare and circulate release notes, as a part of operational readiness To be successful in this role, we re seeking the following: Agile methodology using JIRA Confluence Investment Banking Loan products knowledge. Fintech experience would be preferred. Experience in delivering AI enabled digital products 7-10 years of total work experience in Product delivery (Agile delivery preferred). 5+ years of experience collaborating with and advising executive and senior leaders to set strategy, define the product, and make tough judgements between time to market and features This role requires deep product management expertise, excellent leadership and influencing skills and strong business judgement. Bachelor s or post graduate degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in business management or related field is required.
