Vice President of Product Management

We are currently seeking individuals who can join us immediately or those who are in the process of serving their notice period, with the position based in New Delhi. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for owning the product roadmap and overseeing its execution from the initial development phase to scaling it up. This involves defining, prioritizing, and delivering product features, with a strong emphasis on API-first products. Collaboration with UI/UX teams using Figma will be essential to create intuitive and scalable user experiences. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including Tech, Ops, Compliance, and Sales to deliver reliable fintech solutions. In this role, you will need to translate complex requirements into clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and wireframes. Furthermore, you will be instrumental in driving the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and adoption plan for new features and products. To be successful in this position, you should have a total of 5-7 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years in product leadership roles. Demonstrated experience in building products from the ground up (0-1) is a key requirement. Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Postman, Jira, and Confluence is necessary. Strong analytical and communication skills are vital for effective interaction with both technical and business stakeholders. A startup mindset, characterized by a preference for execution and iteration, will be highly valued. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is also required. It would be advantageous to have experience working with regulatory technology, familiarity with RBI mandates, KYC processes, and audit trails. Exposure to escrow, lending, or enterprise banking APIs is a plus, as is prior experience in scaling products post-Product-Market Fit (PMF).,
